Doors Open Day at Clackmannan Tower

A chance to enjoy a tour of the interior of the 14th Century Clackmannan Tower.

As part of Doors Open Day, join Historic Scotland staff on a guided tour of this imposing 14th Century tower house. Once home to descendants of King Robert the Bruce, the tower was visited by Robert Burns and sketched by Turner. Enjoy an external and internal tour of the building, culminating in spectacular views of the ‘Wee County’ and the Forth Valley beyond from the top of the Tower.
