Cook Up the Castle

Celebrating the history of food and entertaining at MacLellan's Castle, this evening combines interactive video projections, music and historic cookery demonstrations.

Visitors will be able to try Early Modern Morsels, researched and cooked up by local cookery instructor Nick Morris, enjoy historic tunes and learn some traditional cooking skills. All while enjoying giant projections filmed in collaboration with the local community and projected onto the Castle.

This event is outside and warm clothing is advised. There will be no access to the castle.
