Lantern Tours: Mystery and Malice
Join us for an eerie evening at Stirling Castle
Step into Stirling Castle's dark side and join us on a Halloween themed tour! Your ghastly guide will lead you by lantern light through the castle and tell of the mysteries, murders and malice that echo through the Castle's long history.
Prepare yourself for a fright as you ‘bump' into ‘some body’ from the past along the way!
This tour is not for the faint of heart and will feature loud noises and frights! You have been warned.
After your tour, decompress from the scare in our Unicorn Café which will be open until 9.30pm. Here you can treat yourself to a terrifying tasty Halloween menu of goodies. Dig in to mummified muffins, haunted haggis rolls, pork and ‘dooking’ apple sausage rolls, pumpkin and ginger soup and our usual castle bakes.
There’ll also be hauntingly delicious drinks available, such as a Minty Indulgent Hot Chocolate, a Baileys Pumpkin Spiced Latte, a Chocky Rocky Rum Toddy as well as our usual hot and cold drink offering.
We’ll also be selling toasted marshmallows from a stand in the Castle.
Please note these tours are only suitable for 12+ and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
